The Triangle

This prominent junction site was historically a petrol service station with various subsequent commercial uses which justified the mixed use of the proposed building.

The design concept was influenced by a number of art deco buildings in the locality with fluted and recessed brickwork detailing however the tapered fenestration and transparent ground floor provides a contemporary built form.

The development will provide 9 apartments with inset roof terraces and a commercial/retail space to create a sustainable and vibrant development that will provide a genuine contribution to the regeneration of the local area. This unique development provides a large communal roof terrace and secure parking with a vehicular turntable for safe egress.
