This project involved the refurbishment of a Grade II listed apartment within a converted Victorian hospital. The clients, who run a photography company from home, had formed a brief to create a contemporary loft style apartment and also required a separate studio away from the main living space in which to display their client’s work.

The use of frameless glass formed the basis of the contemporary styling and provided the apartment with unobstructed views and a sense of light and space. Individual items including the staircase, dressing room and studio joinery had been constructed on site to our bespoke designs.
