• Form Architecture was commissioned to design a new office building on a currently vacant plot in a light industrial area bounded by residential properties; the brief was to create a contemporary working space for a modern business. The site constraints close to a railway line and remote from the main road informed the buildings hard and robust zinc clad skin, the cantilevered first floor enabled the site to be maximised while providing sufficient on-site parking to support the office. Due to the sites close proximity to residential dwellings, large glazed facades were positioned away from garden areas to prevent any overlooking issues.
