This project involved obtaining permissions for a new family home on land which originally was part of the garden area for the adjacent property.

The brief was to create a traditional home, which would sit well in an estate, which consists of 1930's properties.

The resulting three-bedroom property was well received by the Local residents and Planning Department who felt it reflected the existing house styles within the area.
