The brief was to refurbish a run down property and to extend the rear areas to create a modern sized kitchen and make better use of the views to the rear.

Our services for this project ranged from initial concepts, which were developed for Planning and Building Regulations applications. We also provided an on site service during the construction works liasing between the Client and Contractor.
