The project involved the demolition of an existing bungalow and the creation of two new detached dwellings on a private drive in Billericay, Essex.

The brief was to maximise the site by removing the single storey dwelling and creating two new large detached family homes that were traditional in design with a modern feel internally. The speed of this project was important to the Client and in response to this we used a timber frame construction.
