Conversion of existing dwelling into two flat units

The project involved the refurbishment of an existing dwelling, which was in need of structural works due to subsidence. We were able to assist the Client and suggest alternative technology to expensive underpinning saving money and time to the project.

Besides this refurbishment works we gained approvals for the sub-division of the property into 2 self-contained flat units.

As part of the final proposals we also added a single storey rear extension the property to provide more space to the ground floor flat unit.

The result of these works gave the Client a two bedroom flat unit at ground floor with additional facilities in the basement and a further two bedroom duplex flat split between the first floor and roof space.
