The project comprised 12 new build apartments on a site in the developing area of Paphos, Southern Cyprus.

The brief was to create a concept for modern apartments, 8 of which were to be marketed as holiday homes. The 4 remaining apartments were to be designed as homes for longer-term rental accommodation. These rental units were to be fitted out to a higher standard in keeping with a new build home and our brief extended to finishes and internal features within these apartments.

The total accommodation comprises four 1-bedroom apartments and eight 2 -bedroom duplex apartments. The ground floor incorporates communal spaces and facilities including parking and a communal outdoor swimming pool.
