The project comprises nine new build apartments on the site adjacent to a locally listed Clock Tower. Form Architecture were appointed by the developer to prepare working drawings and tender information for a design and build contract. The building was designed as a timber frame construction over four storeys including a reinforced concrete below ground car park.
