• We were commissioned to gain planning approval for a new industrial unit to provide a flexible space to be used for a number of indutrial uses
  
  The brief was to maximise the coverage of the site whilst complying to local authority policies regarding parking and numbers of employees per m2. The inclusion of a new mezzanine floor gained additional office space in the upper part of the unit.
