• This green belt site previously housed a failing restaurant and had historically seen many business uses within a short period. This suggested that the location was not appropriate for a commercial use and in response to this Form Architecture prepared proposals to replace the existing building with two new executive five-bedroom houses.
  
  The design of these two new dwellings responds to the Kent vernacular found within the area and both houses were designed to encompass the same floor area as the demolished building so as not to create any additional built form on the site. The site has been extensively landscaped to removed the existing car park area and reintroduce vegetation back into this green belt site.
