• The existing Grade II listed building plays an important part of the local history and has been the home to a number of important historical figures.
  
  The brief was to provide additional living accommodation with new extensions while keeping the character of the building. The design was realised with the additional of a new bay to complement the existing main bay in terms of scale and appearance, the use of conservation detailing and materials including sash windows, lime render and slate roof tiles are integral to the success of the project.
