• Form architecture was commisioned to prepare a feasibility study for the redevelopment of the existing showroom and warehouse for a family run plumbing business. The existing victorian warehouse needed extensive repairs and upgrading and the client wished to demolish and rebuild with residential units above. The concept design was informed by the industrial nature of the site and the history of th e existing victorian building and adjacent railway viaduct, full length glazing to all apartments create a light and contemporary living space. The roof level also provides expansive roof terraces for the penthouse appartments.
