The brief was to demolish the existing substandard bungalow and replace it with a two storey family house with detached garage.
The house has been designed to reflect the traditional form found within the locality, with the addition of some modern aspects. Our services for this project ranged from initial concepts, which were developed for Planning and Building Regulations applications as well as providing an on site service during the construction works liaising between the Client and Contractor.
