• Form architecture was commissioned to extend and remodel the existing property that formed part of the original Gidea Park exhibition estate. The fact that the property is a Class E exhibition house and located in a conservation area the emphasis on a sympathetic and creative design was key to us gaining the successful planning application.
  
  The art deco styling of property informed the initial design of the extension, the inclusion of contemporary detailing and materials was also used to enhance the existing building and bring a sense of modernity to the building. The project also included the enhancement of the existing building fabric and the installation of Crital style double glazed windows.
