The brief was to demolish the existing substandard bungalow and replace it with a modern family home. The site is situated in Green Belt area and our brief was to gain approval for the demolition and replacement of the existing house in this difficult area.
The proposals required close work with the Local Authority to ensure that the proposed new dwelling was appropriate for the area. The final design is that of a traditional style dwelling with a modern open plan layout. The house had five bedrooms , making use of the roof space to provide accommodation across three floors.
