• The existing property was originally constructed in 1905 and required extensive modernisation, form architecture was approached by the current owners to design and extend the dwelling with the addition of an integral garage, a large kitchen/utility room and new bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
  
  A new east wing was constructed to create a garden room with living accommodation above that was kept to the original scale and character of the property. The extensions were realised to create seamless additions that appear as original constructions.
