• Following the success of other bars within the brand, the Client obtained this vacant railway arch with a view to creating a purpose built bar and restaurant.
  
  We were able to work closely with the Client to develop the concept that runs through their brand. As part of our design we introduced a new mezzanine floor to increase the floor area and provide private dining spaces separate from the main bar area.
  
  For this project we had to obtain a change of use on the vacant arch as well as design the internal and external spaces. We have also assisted the Client with licensing applications and Planning applications for the new signage and lighting aspects externally.
