The project consisted of two adjacent properties that combined their land to provide three new dwellings; a large pocket of land behind the retained property was released by demolition the adjacent bungalow to create the access road and a new 3 bedroom two-storey dwelling was constructed to the side.
The now accessible pocket of land at the rear of the retained property was used to construct two single storey dwellings with private gardens. The back land nature of the development was permitted due to the low impact of the single storey buildings; the access road only affected the application properties and had no impact on adjacent neighbours.
